Control IT are able to provide a "top up" to this service for one small annual payment.
We provide telephone or email advice and troubleshooting and are able to remotely
take control of your PC desktop.
Our engineers all have a working knowledge of all the common Medical Systems. This means
that we can provide fast and painless fixes for common IT issues in surgeries.
On-Site Support is also available if needed (chargeable separately). Alternatively
use your PCT.
This service covers all IT hardware in your Practice except Servers and also covers
all your staff's home IT equipment.
