1. Where is the play button?

2. I pressed play and nothing happened

Wait a few seconds for the video file to load and start playing. Otherwise press play a second time.

3. I don't see the video clip viewer and there is an "ActiveX" message across the top of my screen



Click the information bar at the top of the screen and click on "Run ActiveX Control". Then click "Run" on the ActiveX message that appears in the middle of your screen.

4. I've installed ActiveX and I still don't see the video clip viewer

Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the website.

5. I give up - I still cannot view this demo!
