Print Appointment Cards with a Single Key Press!

With EasyLabeller labels can be designed for Patient Appointment Cards. These can be either a single patient appointment or a multiple appointment, which can print up to 3 appointments on the same card. Appointment Cards will print the patient NHS Number as recommended by Connecting for Health.

An appointment card can be printed from anywhere within the medical system. Once the appointment has been booked it's as simple as pressing a key and the card is printed. If more than one appointment is found you can choose to select the appointment to print or simply print all on one card.

The above Appointments package will allow a practice to print approximately 500 Appointment Cards with nothing further to pay.

* Remote Installation requires the customer to unpackage the printer, connect it to power and the PC and then telephone Control IT at a pre-arranged time. We will then dial-in to your PC and perform the installation and configuration of the printer and Easylabeller software. (This will require a working N3 internet connection.)
